Ulcinj is a coastal town and municipality in Montenegro. The town of Ulcinj has a population of 10,828 (2003 census), and it is the centre of Ulcinj municipality. This southernmost municipality of Montenegro has a population of 20,290.
The wider area of Ulcinj has been inhabited since the Bronze Age. Illyrian tombs (tumuli), found in the village of Zogaj, in the vicinity of Ulcinj, date back to the Bronze Age.

La vieille ville dont la forteresse porte l’empreinte d’architecture vénitienne. Pour commencer, Ulqin est une sorte de St-Tropez albanais. De nombreux Albanais célèbres et anonymes d’Albanie, Kosovo et Macédoine y viennent passer leurs vacances. Mais l’on trouve également des nombreux touristes venus de divers horizons (ex-Yougoslaves, Italiens, Allemands, Anglais, Français, Américains…). L’été, tous les soirs, Ulqin vibre sous la musique des chanteurs albanais venus de tous les coins albanophones... Vazhdo

Mbrëmë në hapësirat e Forcës u shenua dita e shpalljes së pavarësisë së Kosovës. Në koktejin që u organizua me këtë rast morrën pjesë një numer i madh i të qytetarëve. Në praninë e disa mediave nga Mali i Zi dhe nga Shqipëria, kryetari i Forcës lexoi nje fjalim të përgaditur me këtë rast.
Forca Rinore përgaditi një tortë të cilën e quajtën “Torta e pavarësisë” dhe solemnisht u nda. Kështu deri në orët e vona u festua me muzikë, pije dhe shoqërim.
