Ma?arski TriGranit odustao je od tendera za izgradnju Milenijum siti centra u Podgorici, jer je ekonomski neodrživ, ali ?e dostaviti ponudu za zakup na 99 godina ulcinjske Velike plaže, kazao je ju?e direktor odsjeka kompanije za Crnu Goru i Srbiju Džordž Bobvoš.

Island Ada Bojana near Ulcinj is attracting great attention of investors at the moment. Five companies from America, Dubai, Turkey, Czech Republic and Croatia have expressed interest in the investment. The tender for expressing interest will be opened until May 5, and then the Government will invite to a new one in which offers will be delivered.
Companies that applied are Dolphin Capital Investment USA, IFA Hotels & Resorts Dubai, Gintas from Turkey, Mayfield from Czech Republic and Deep Blue from Croatia. The Government is the owner... Vazhdo

Areva vient de conclure un accord exceptionnel avec Montenegratom, un nouveau consortium franco-russo-monténégrin, prévoyant la construction de cinq centrales nucléaires dans la petite république, qui deviendra ainsi le premier exportateur énergétique de la région. Le nouveau groupe sera dirigé par Rachida Dati, qui a annoncé mardi matin qu’elle quittait ses fonctions au sein du gouvernement et de la mairie du VIIe arrondissement de Paris.
