Hotelul este renovat partial in 2009 – 2010 si este un paradis al familiilor si o oaza pentru sportivi. Hotelul este situat pe malul marii la Velika Plaza la o distanta de 4 km de centrul orasului Ulcinj si este inconjurat de o mica padure de pini. Are plaja proprie cu sezlonguri iar parcarea este gratis.
